EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and it is like acupuncture without the needles!
We use our fingertips instead, to stimulate certain meridian points on the body by tapping on them while discussing the issue at hand.
This may relate to an emotional state, a frame of mind, physical symptoms and/or behaviours many of us experience that prevent us from achieving what we truly want.
As we explore within the body itself and allow our subconscious minds to give us the information we require, we are able to release energetic attachments and free ourselves from negative emotions and anything we feel may be holding us back.
Fast and effective, the techniques are simple to follow and with practise, can be used as a form of self-empowerment in our every day lives.
I use EFT on a daily basis for my own personal development and well-being.

There is a wealth of scientific evidence to support the effects and impact of colour on our moods, emotions, energy levels and feelings of well-being.
By embracing this age-old wisdom through the Colour Mirrors System we can really 'tune-in' to specifics within our own identity and individual experiences to create powerful transformation.
NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
The name encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming. The neurological system regulates how our body functions. Language determines how we interface and communicate internally with ourselves and externally with other people. Our programming determines the kinds of models of the world we create.
